Mentalism By Sandeep values customer satisfaction and aims to provide the best service possible. This policy outlines the conditions related to cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation requests must be made within a reasonable time before the scheduled service or event.

  • Refunds may be issued only in genuine cases such as service unavailability or technical payment errors.
  • If a booking is cancelled by the customer after confirmation, a refund may not be guaranteed.
  • Refund processing time may take 5-10 business days depending on the payment provider.

Payments made through Razorpay will be refunded to the original payment method when applicable.

Mentalism By Sandeep reserves the right to refuse refunds if the service has already been delivered or if cancellation terms are not met.
